The building owner is the local community of Bleialf, Tiergartenstraße 54 in 54959 Prüm, with whom the contract is concluded. This requires additional adaptations to the existing rooms. The existing building is a single-storey solid construction with a partial basement and a mixed roof design consisting of flat and tent roofs. In land registry terms, the building is located on plot number 6 in parcel 8 of the Bleialf district (parcel number 073210) in the Eifel district of Bitburg-Prüm. Plots 4/4 and 5 are to be used for the extension. The awarding authority has developed a spatial program and a site plan. These form the basis of this invitation to tender, but do not claim to be complete or correct.
