Description

The city of Oranienburg intends to commission a rental and exchange service for dirt-trapping mats for currently 22 public properties (currently 98 mats) to ensure a neat appearance in entrance and passage areas and to prevent slipping hazards.The subject of the framework agreement is the supply, laying out, replacement and cleaning of dirt trap mats with monthly changes in various sizes from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2028. In the specified performance period, the number of named objects as well as the quantities and sizes of the mats can be adjusted at any time to the respective demand or operational requirements. At least 5 selection colors and the option to imprint logos, symbols, signs, etc. must be available. There is no obligation to purchase the total determined consumption. Dirty, worn or unsightly mats are to be collected by the contractor and replaced with clean, tidy ones. The following services are included in the rental price:- Provision, laying out, regular replacement (currently monthly) incl. collection and cleaning of the dirt-trapping mats (freight and packaging paid) at the respective location of need- if necessary. If necessary, on-site consultation on the size and location of the mats- Provision of functional, undamaged mats- Mats are to be delivered and laid out free of waves and trip hazards, non-slip and flat- Free replacement of defective, worn or wavy mats- Washing, drying and storage of the mats- The dirt-trapping mats are to be cleaned professionally, thoroughly and gently according to contemporary procedures. The services are always to be carried out in such a way that a perfect cleaning condition is achieved. Only environmentally friendly, non-irritating materials and cleaning agents that do not pose a health hazard or cause an odor nuisance are to be used.If required by the client, the contractor should be available as a contact person in a theoretical and practical manner.
