The City of Hamm (client) invites tenders for the preparation and delivery of lunchtime catering for the Jahn and Linden schools in the City of Hamm. two different menus (including one vegetarian meal (usually ovo-lacto)) are to be offered daily. Note: At the request of the school management, the use of pork should be avoided as far as possible.a) a protein-rich component such as meat or fish b) a starch component) a vegetable component or a side salad or raw vegetables d) a dessert Due to the structural conditions and the furnishings, etc. in the schools, only the "Cook & Hold" (hot meals) form of catering is to be offered. The contractor must offer the following dishes with special requirements at the same price as the regular lunch:- light meals- vegetarian meals- special meals for allergies and food intolerances- meals that meet culture-specific/religious requirementsThe corresponding declaration that these are offered at the same price must be submitted in the specifications.
