Germany - The city of Bad Pyrmont (AG), intends to provide planning services for the service profiles

Description

The town of Bad Pyrmont (client) intends to award a contract for planning services for the scope of work for the object planning of outdoor facilities in accordance with Annex 11 HOAI and the technical equipment (water feature) in accordance with Annex 15 HOAI for the construction project "Redesign of the station forecourt including traffic circle". The client intends to have the service phases 1-9 carried out for the service profile of the object planning of open spaces and for the service profile of the technical equipment relating to the water feature. In the course of the construction project, the station forecourt of the town of Bad Pyrmont is to be redesigned with the aim of a complete functional and design reorganization. Key aspects include traffic safety for all road users, accessibility, improving public transport connections to the station, increasing the quality of stay, reorganizing parking (with short-term, cab and disabled parking spaces) and creating new, attractive bicycle parking facilities. The objectives are to be achieved by means of a modified access route in the form of a traffic circle, the redesign of the forecourt itself and the construction of a bus station. The result of this basic assessment is the explanatory report by SHP Ingenieure dated September 2022. The result of this explanatory report was confirmed by the responsible political bodies in spring 2022 and is now to be implemented. The aforementioned explanatory report is enclosed with the tender documents, and the client currently assumes gross construction costs of around EUR 4,300,000. Of this, approx. EUR 416,000 gross is attributable to the construction of the outdoor facilities and approx. EUR 63,000 to the technical equipment for the water feature.
