The aim of the commission is to develop a planning concept which, building on the master plan for the lake development, takes a closer look at the tipping area of the future eastern shore from Hochneukirch to the belt route. The main aim is to create an exceptional landscape in terms of topography, soil substrates and vegetation, which will form the basis for the development of vegetation and subsequent uses (leisure, nature conservation, etc.) in the two development areas in the course of mining reclamation.
