The 3-storey building (basement + ground floor + upper floor) has a U-shape. The U-shape consists of two components with a pitched roof (each 19.25 x 25.69 m) and an intermediate structure with a flat roof (8.88 x 4.75 m). The height of the gabled roof components is 9.85 m, the intermediate structure has a height of 7.0 m (from +\/-0.00).
The original site has a slight incline and needs to be filled slightly overall.
The building is a solid reinforced concrete structure with a wooden roof truss and metal roof covering. The intermediate building has a flat roof with foil covering. The foundations must be stabilized with CSV columns.
Most of the façade is designed as timber cladding and a small part as ETICS, as well as with FZ panels (soffit). The windows will be designed as floor-to-ceiling windows, P\/R elements and sliding doors. The windows are fitted with roller shutters and the sliding door and P\/R elements are fitted with external blinds for sun protection.
A carport with a bin room is planned in timber construction. A flat roof with foil covering is planned here. The façade is also made of timber cladding and with FC soffit.
The paved open spaces consist of concrete paving, the parking spaces of permeable paving. Soakaway boxes are provided under the parking spaces.
The spatial program provides for four areas of use: Day structure and three residential groups, each with 8 places for people with mental, psychological and/or physical disabilities who regularly attend a workplace, a support center or a day structure. All areas are accessed via a central area that spans all groups and a staircase with elevator.
