Description
CONTRACTING OF CONTACT CENTER PLATFORM SERVICES TO SUPPORT THE MANAGEMENT OF CITIZEN ATTENTION AND CAMPAIGNS OF THE GENERAL TREASURY OF THE REPUBLIC".
● The purpose of the bidding is to have Contact Center services that integrally support the actions of CITIZEN CARE AND CAMPAIGNS, through a Contact Center platform with state-of-the-art technology that incorporates the latest versions of software and technological tools in force in the market, which must be located on the premises of the successful bidder.
● In order to provide an efficient, permanent, safe and quality service for the fulfillment of TGR's goals and objectives, as well as to allow a better control by TGR of the execution of the services, this bid will include two Contact Center service items.
Each Contact Center item will be awarded to a single supplier, who must provide everything required in the awarded item.
