Framework contract for the supply of price-linked learning materials in accordance with the Learning Materials Ordinance / School Board Share within the scope of § 7 Para. 3 BuchPrG.
The City of Neckarsulm shall conclude a framework agreement with the Contractor for the supply of price-linked learning materials in accordance with the Learning Materials Ordinance / School Owner's Share within the scope of Section 7 (3) of the BookPrG for the following places of demand:Albert-Schweitzer-GymnasiumGrundschule Dahenfeld Pestalozzischule The City of Neckarsulm shall conclude a framework agreement with the Contractor for the supply of price-linked learning materials in accordance with the Learning Materials Ordinance / School Owner's Share within the scope of Section 7 (3) of the BookPrG for the following places of demand:Hermann-Greiner-Realschule Neuschule The City of Neckarsulm shall conclude a framework agreement with the Contractor for the supply of price-linked learning materials in accordance with the Learning Materials Ordinance / School Board Share within the scope of Section 7 (3) of the BookPrG for the following places of need:Amorbachgrundschule Johannes-Häußler-Schule (discontinuing secondary level) Wilhelm-Maier-Schule (discontinuing secondary level)Amorbachschule GMS (discontinuing) Franz-Binder-Verbundschule (under construction)
