Description

The subject of the contract is the supply, installation and commissioning, together with the design of a 10 m hybrid reflection-free chamber with a complete system designed to carry out electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) measurements and measurements of antenna parameters in reflection-free conditions and shielded from the influence of the environment, consisting of: - semi-reflection-free chamber (SAC10M),- Reflection-free chamber (FAR 3M),- Shielded rooms: apparatus and auxiliary rooms,- Near-Field Measurement System for antennas.
4.1 The subject of the order is the supply, installation and commissioning, together with the design of a 10 m hybrid reflection-free chamber with a complete system designed to carry out electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) measurements and measurements of antenna parameters in reflection-free conditions and shielded from the influence of the environment, consisting of: - semi-reflection-free chamber (SAC10M),- Reflection-free chamber (FAR 3M),- Shielded rooms: apparatus and auxiliary rooms,- Near-Field Measurement System for antennas)to the facility of the Institute of Communications - National Research Institute in Wroclaw, together with training of the Employer's personnel in the operation of the above system. The research hall building will be located on the premises of the Institute of Telecommunications - National Research Institute in Wrocław at 38 Swojczycka St. on plots of land with registration numbers 8/16, 8/47, 8/90, 8/91.The order will be implemented in two stages, i.e.:1) stage I:a) development of guidelines for the contractor for the contract for construction works titled: "Extension of the Institute's building with a research hall". "Extension of the Institute's building with a research hall for the purpose of foundation of a 10m hybrid reflectionless chamber in it",b) development of design documentation for the elements of the 10m hybrid reflectionless chamber, described in detail in the OPD;2) stage II:a) delivery of the components of the chamber elements, installation and commissioning of the 10m hybrid reflectionless chamber, viz.: EMC and FAR chamber with auxiliary rooms and system for antenna measurements in the near field,b) performance of acceptance tests,c) training of the Employer's personnel,d) development of as-built documentation of the 10m hybrid reflectionless chamber described in OPZ. 4.2 A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Annex 9 to the ToR.4.3 These proceedings for the award of a public contract, within the framework of the Project "National laboratory of 5G networks and services with the environment" with the acronym "PL-5G "implemented under the OPERATIONAL PROGRAMME Intelligent Development 2014-2020 Priority axis IV. Increasing the scientific and research potential Measure 4.2 Development of modern research infrastructure of the science sector under contract No. POIR.04.02.00-00-D008/20-00, is implemented as a supplement to the investment - Construction of the laboratory building.
