Germany - Terms of Reference (ToR) for Sub-contracting Organization for Bootcamp Training and Mentorship programme

Description

The objective of this assignment is to identify and subcontract an organization or consulting firm to provide a pool of specialists, including 10 experts and 40 mentors to carry out Boot camp to small holders agri-entrepreneurs from ideation to viable business model development. While the experts will deliver hands-on training to 300 smallholder farmers during the residential bootcamp organized by YI-Lab in Surkhet in five groups of 30 persons each, scheduled in two slots with 150 participants each. on two different dates, the mentors will provide post-bootcamp mentorship, offering guidance to the ecopreneurs for a duration of three months. The bootcamp for first group will be held on May 27-31, and the other will take place within a week after the completion of the first one.
