No Electrical work in administrative buildings. Quantities (supplies and services), nature and scope (works): The contract is a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders, with no minimum and a maximum of 50,000 euro(s) excluding VAT for the duration of the contract. Services divided into lots: No Duration of contract or performance period: 12 months from notification of contract Bonding and guarantees required: A guarantee of 5% of the initial amount of each purchase order will be withheld. This retention may be replaced at the option of the contractor by a first demand guarantee. Essential terms of financing and payment and/or references to the texts which regulate them: Unit prices revised quarterly. Financing by the contracting authority's own resources. Overall payment deadline: 30 days from receipt of invoices. Applications and bids must be drawn up entirely in French, together with the associated presentation documents. In the absence of a site visit, candidates will be required to provide proof of their in-depth knowledge of the building's interior by any means other than the compulsory visit, in order to have their bid examined. There will be no negotiations. Where applicable, candidates submitting irregular bids as defined in art.
