BIG direkt gesund has its legal domicile in Berlin and its head office in Dortmund. BIG employs more than 920 staff at its operational locations.The client operates a 24/7 hotline for its policyholders and intends to commission services to support inbound telephony and answer social media queries (Facebook) in off-peak hours and, in exceptional cases, also at core times.The task transfers and outsourcing are carried out in accordance with §§ 197b SGB V, 97 SGB X, i.e. the activities to be outsourced are exclusively supporting auxiliary activities in the area of arbitrary sovereign administrative action.
