--> Requirements:GRDF is looking for service providers capable of providing machine-to-machine (M2M) telecommunication services between GRDF equipment (measuring equipment, concentrators, mobility tools) and information systems, in order to exchange data and alarms with this equipment, in compliance with cybersecurity standards.The service provider will be required to supply M2M SIM cards configured to roam on the operator's antenna with the best reception. These SIMS cards will be used to provide the means of communication (data and SMS) between GRDF equipment located in mainland France and GRDF's datacenter. These cards will be made available with associated services: management, administration portal, supervision, etc. --> Expected:In order to meet the requirements, bidders must demonstrate their ability to set up a delivery point at GRDF's datacenter as well as interconnections with the mobile network and GRDF's network.Bidders must also be able to offer the volumes of SIMs expected, while complying with the constraints requested by GRDF:- Distribution of SIMs decentralized in the regions,- Takeover of eIUCC SIM cards from the existing fleet via swap operator,- Specific physical technical characteristics depending on use: hardened cards, constrained environment, etc...- Format and type of cards complying with GRDF requirements in order to be compatible with existing modems (2FF, 3FF, eIUCC swappable format, 3G, 4G LTEM compatible, etc...)- Factory settings complying with GRDF requirements (PIN code, PLMN list, etc...)--> Requirements :Bidders will have to comply with GRDF's requirements concerning solution deployment times, Cybersecurity issues, document production, billing processes, compliance with quality standards as well as Social and Environmental Responsibility.
