Description
This contract is a framework agreement with a minimum and a maximum order value.future Metro MF19 and Tramway TW20 rolling stock will be equipped with SPEBIP (Server Phonie Embarqué Banalisé IP), a product designed for radio communications between the Central Control Station of each line and the various rolling stock. This equipment delivers a set of on-board radio voice-data services:- the MAV (Audio-Visual Means) system for automatic metro lines;- the Metro Driver Radio service for manually-operated lines;- the TETRA (Terrestrial Trunk Radio) Tramway Radio service. With the arrival of these new rolling stock systems, it will be necessary to redesign and produce new equipment, if required.
The services included in the scope of the contract are described below.Minimum amount supplies and services : - Initialization and General Design of SPEBIP in 3U9T and 6U9T formats; - Detailed Design of SPEBIP in 3U9T format; - Supply in 3U9T format of one (1) mechanical template, two (2) prototypes and four (4) pre-production units; - Factory acceptance tests (VAS); - Environmental qualification to railway & RATP standards; - First Article Inspection (IPA); - Supply of SPEBIP in 3U9T format for one hundred and thirty-two (132) pieces of equipment; - Product acceptance in RATP environment (PTF, Train); - Supply of documentation and related services.Supplies and services included in the maximum amount: - Supplies and services included in the minimum amount; - Type 1 TMA service for a maximum of seven (7) years, in periods of one (1) year each; - Supply of SPEBIP in 3U9T format for a maximum of six hundred (600) items of equipment; - Supply of SPEBIP in 6U9T format for a maximum of two hundred (200) items of equipment; - Environmental qualification to railway & RATP standards; - Additional First Article Inspection (IPA); - Additional studies and technical assistance for a maximum of one thousand one hundred (1,100) man-days; - TMA Type 2: Additional studies and developments for a maximum of six hundred (600) man-days; - Provision of updated SPEBIP Detailed Design in 6U9T format; - Design, Manufacture and Acceptance for a maximum of four (4) of the Test and Maintenance bench and simulation software; - Additional supplies in 3U9T format for a maximum of two (2) mechanical templates, four (4) prototypes and the factory recipe for four (4) pre-series; - Additional supplies in 6U9T format for a maximum of two (2) mechanical templates, four (4) prototypes and the factory recipe for four (4) pre-series; - Additional Product Acceptance in RATP environment (PTF, Train); - Services in non-working hours (HNO) for the treatment of anomalies, for a maximum of forty-eight (48) weeks and sixteen (16) months; - Hardware warranty extension from one (1) to four (4) years for delivered equipment; - Storage and warranty extension for a maximum of eight hundred (800) pieces of equipment/month; - Additional training for Maintenance; - Reversibility phase for a duration of 4 months.
