The Caritasverband der Erzdiözese München und Freising e. V. plans for the Förderzentrum Irschenberg at the existing, open all-day school: 1.BA = Mensa extension for 3 OGS-groups and 1 all-day-group, lounge for the 3 OGS-groups and distributor-/washing-room/plate kitchen as well as conversion of apartment into group rooms. Scope 1.BA: approx. 480 m2 NUF. The 1st BA must be limited to corridor no. 65/8. The above feasibility study must be analysed and evaluated. 2.BA = New school building on adjoining property with 4 classes (thereof 1 full day class), 2-3 groupr., break-, multipurpose-, rhythmic- and further adjoining rooms. Scope 2.BA: approx. 730 m2 NUF. A pass. R+F-Progr. of the ROB is available. 1.+2.BA must be processed at different times and separately from each other. Restrictions due to the run. School operations (e.g. limitation of work to holiday periods) cannot be excluded. The 1.BA are the best. to receive play and break fl. to rebuild at the 2nd BA (as a school project!).
