General description:To eliminate defects in the ventilation system of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs in Berlin, BBR is looking for a suitable engineering office with the field of activity building services (M-Technik). For the necessary technical equipment, a contractor is to be commissioned for the ventilation area as well as the small heating and sanitary area. The building project is a high quality office and administration building with high technical equipment and safety requirements, which is in use. The building complex is in operation, consists of several building parts and is partly under monumental protection; it must be possible to operate the building during the necessary construction work. For this reason, the rectification of deficiencies must be carried out in stages: The processing of this project requires the successful verification of the level Ü1 - BZR according to the Safety Review Act (§ 9 SÜG) for all persons involved in the planning and construction. In the absence of a successful Ü1 level check on the staff responsible for the execution of the contract, it is sufficient for the award procedure to sign a declaration that the staff members indicated are willing to undergo a corresponding security check. However, it is clarified that the conclusion of a contract can only be made under the condition pursuant to § 158 BGB (German Civil Code) that the inspection of level Ü1-BZR can be successfully completed or that a successfully completed security inspection is not revoked.Project costs/cost estimate: The costs of cost group 400 are estimated to amount to a net total of approx. EUR 2.2 million net. The breakdown into cost groups is estimated as follows:KGR 430: approx. EUR 1.80 million netKGR 480: approx. EUR 0.40 million netScope of services:Planning services of technical equipment according to §§ 53 ff. HOAI in the plant groups:- Plant groups 1-5 as well as plant group 8Performance profile:The scope of the planning services of the technical equipment includes LPH 3 - 9 basic services as well as special services. A step-by-step contract will be concluded.beginning/end of the service provision:II. quarter 2020 to approx. 2029 (including property management)Security check:The readiness for the security check according to SÜG (Ü2) must be mandatory.a step-by-step allocation of the services is planned. However, there is no legal entitlement to the transfer of all benefits, and a further, separate measure will have to be implemented during the term of this construction project. This involves the technical upgrading of the foyer in the Kleisthaus, which is part of the overall property of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. The estimated construction costs are approximately EUR 500 000 net for the KGR 300 and approximately EUR 270 000 net for the KGR 400. LPH 5 to 9 in AGR 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8 are to be provided.
