Title :
Take Home Naloxone Kits and Prison Needle Exchange Kits
Description :
Correctional Service Canada (CSC) has a requirement for a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the supply and delivery of kits for the Take Home Naloxone Kit Program and the Prison Needle Exchange Program.
The Offeror offers to fulfill the requirement in accordance with the Annex A - Requirement.
Canada may issue one (1) Standing Offers from the date of issue for one (1) firm year with three (3) optional one-year (1) periods.
The kits for the Take Home Naloxone Program will be delivered to five (5) different locations in Canada and the kits for the Prison Needle Exchange Program, as well as replacement supplies which compose them will be delivered to eleven (11) Health Services locations in Canada. The number of locations may increase for the Prison Needle Exchange Program supplies as the program progresses.
An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for Standing Offers and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance of a Standing Offer.
There are no security requirements associated with the requirement.
The Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) is to establish a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the requirement detailed in the RFSO, to the Identified Users across Canada, excluding locations within Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec, and Labrador that are subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs). Any requirement for deliveries to locations within CLCAs areas within Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec, or Labrador will have to be treated as a separate procurement, outside of the resulting standing offers.
Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
