2.0 Delivery Information
Local vendor:  The items must be delivered to end user location no NLT 60 days after the order was received according to the following detail:

Antiguo Cuscatlán: 265 Pairs of Boots, 265 Raincoats & 265 Flashlights

Address: Policía de prevención ciudadana, Distrito de Antiguo Cuscatlán, Carretera Panamericana, contiguo Hacienda de los Miranda.

Izalco:  78 Pairs of Boots, 78 Raincoats, 78 Flashlights

Address:  Edificio anexo a la alcaldía de Sonsonate Este (Distrito Izalco), Avenida Roberto Carias y calle Unión, Izalco, Sonsonate Este, costado poniente del parque Rafael Zaldaña.

Nahuizalco: 25 Pairs of Boots, 25 Raincoats, 25 Flashlights

Address:  Sonsonate Norte, Distrito de Nahuizalco, oficinas del Cuerpo de Agentes Municipales, costado norte del parque de Nahuizalco.

Ahuachapán Centro:  30 Pairs of Boots, 30 Raincoats, 30 Flashlights

Address: Distrito de Ahuachapán Centro, oficinas del Cuerpo de Agentes Municipales, 3ra Calle Poniente y Segunda Avenida sur, esquina opuesta al parque Concordia Ahuachapán.
For US and foreign vendors: The contractor shall provide the prices CIF El Salvador and be responsible for delivering the products to the US Embassy in El Salvador, Boulevard Santa Elena, Antiguo Cuscatlán and be liable for customs duties and taxes.
To avoid loss and misdirection, the contractor must combine the entire shipment. Shipments in part are not permitted.

Additional Considerations:
• The bidder must include all costs (transportation, labor, equipment, tools, etc.) associated with assembling the items and delivering them to the end user location.
• The boots, raincoats and lamps will be delivered within 60 working days of the contact award; the bidder must have it in stock.
• The winning bidder must have a local partner to handle any quality, warranty, and replacement issues that may arise during our inspection.
• The bidder must include photo references with their proposal so we can review them.

3.0 Inspection and acceptance criteria 
The government reserves the right to consider all available information concerning past performance in making a responsibility determination.  The government reserves the option to make minor pricing adjustments during the evaluation process to take into consideration minor differences in the quality and value added offered to ensure a level playing field for low price determination of responsive/responsible offers.
