Description

The subject is a framework agreement for the supply and basic configuration of tablets (Apple iPads), tablet cases, streaming boxes (Apple TV) in accordance with the supplementary contractual conditions for the purchase of IT hardware (EVB-IT purchase) with the exceptions/additions described in these award documents and which become part of the contract when the contract is awarded. The framework agreement is fulfilled by issuing individual call-offs on the basis of the agreed pricing rules. The exact subject of the order can be found in the service description from Chapter 5. A mobile device management solution is required so that the devices can be managed and delivered with the available resources. In order to use certain required functions such as the Apple School Manager, the ClassRoom App or the shared iPad, a solution is required that supports these functions. The subject is a framework agreement for the permanent provision of Mobile Device Management licenses for Apple iPads and for tvOS devices, including maintenance and support of the licenses offered in accordance with the Supplementary Terms and Conditions for the provision of standard software on a permanent basis, including a contract for the provision of maintenance services (EVB-IT provision type A - short version with maintenance) and Supplementary Terms and Conditions for the procurement of IT services (EVB-IT service) with the exceptions/supplements described in these award documents and which become part of the contract when the contract is awarded. The exact subject of the order is set out in the performance description from Chapter 5 onwards.
