The subject of the contract for task no. 1 is the supply of items of uniform and equipment: summer shirt - in quantity: 50 000 pieces 2. The contract will be executed on time in accordance with the offer of the contractor selected to execute the order (the execution time is one of the criteria for evaluating the tenders) - time not shorter than 45 days and not longer than 120 days, with the reservation that not later than 29.11.2019.3. In order to confirm that the offered supplies meet the requirements specified by the contracting authority, the contracting authority will require the contractor whose tender will be assessed as the highest, to submit the following documents within a period of not less than 10 days:1. a document confirming that the quality management system of the contractor complies with the requirements of AQAP 2110 edition D version 1;2) a valid certificate (with a date of issue later than the date of approval of WDTT 518L/MON by the Commander of the Military Research and Implementation Centre of the Uniformed Services) issued by an entity authorized for quality control (WOBWSM in Łódź) confirming, that the offered subject of the contract meets the technical specifications specified by the Ordering Party (certificates are issued by the WOBWSM in accordance with the "Instruction for assessment and confirmation of conformity of factory designs with approved military documentation and patterns of uniformed and furnished objects", available on the WOBWSM website, within 16 working days from the date of submission of the relevant application). The subject of the contract for task no. 2 is the supply of items of uniform and equipment: summer Podhale cloak - in quantity: 600 pieces 2. The contract will be performed on time in accordance with the offer of the contractor selected to perform the order (the completion date is one of the criteria for evaluating the tenders) - a time limit not shorter than 45 days and not longer than 120 days, with the reservation that not later than 29.11.2019. 3. In order to confirm that the offered supplies meet the requirements specified by the contracting authority, the contracting authority will require the contractor whose tender will be assessed as the highest, to submit the following documents within a period of not less than 10 days:1) a document confirming that the contractor's quality management system meets the requirements contained in AQAP 2110 edition D version 1,2) a current certificate (with a date of issue later than the date of approval of WDTT 207A/MON by the Commander of the Military Research and Implementation Centre of the Uniformed Services) issued by an entity authorized for quality control (WOBWSM in Łódź) confirming, that the offered subject of the contract meets the technical specifications specified by the Ordering Party (certificates are issued by the WOBWSM in accordance with the "Instruction for assessment and confirmation of conformity of factory designs with approved military documentation and patterns of uniformed and furnished objects", available on the WOBWSM website, within 16 working days from the date of submission of the relevant application). The contract will be executed on time in accordance with the offer of the contractor selected to execute the order (the execution time is one of the criteria for evaluating the tenders) - time not shorter than 45 days and not longer than 120 days, with the reservation that not later than 29.11.2019.3.In order to confirm that the offered supplies meet the requirements specified by the contracting authority, the contracting authority shall require the contractor whose bid has been assessed as the highest, to submit the following documents within a period of not less than 10 days:1) a document confirming that the contractor's quality management system meets the requirements of AQAP 2110 edition D version 1,2) a current certificate (with the date of issue later than the date of approval of WDTT 616A/MON by the Commander of the Military Research and Implementation Centre of the Uniformed Services) issued by an entity authorized to quality control (WOBWSM in Łódź) confirming, that the offered subject of the contract meets the technical specifications specified by the Ordering Party (certificates are issued by the WOBWSM in accordance with the "Instruction for assessment and confirmation of conformity of factory designs with approved military documentation and patterns of uniformed and furnished objects", available on the WOBWSM website, within 16 working days from the date of submission of the relevant application).
