Description

In 2010, Nantes Métropole and the City of Nantes created and made available the "site-to-site" platform, which centralises the hosting and management of institutional sites powered by the business divisions in order to share information about the city and the metropolis with metropolitan and Nantes Internet users: events, films, facilities, etc.The site factory is built around the cms jahia and hosts the following sites in particular:- common portal Ville de Nantes and Nantes métropole,- plum,- Nantes municipal library,- Jules Verne museum,- Nantes conservatory,- house of public tranquillity,- the chronograph,- Nantes art museum,- Nantes entreprises in my pocket,- natural history museum,- Nantes Patrimonia.The services expected within the framework of this consultation are as follows:- maintenance in operational conditions, including corrective, preventive, adaptive and regulatory maintenance,- evolutive maintenance (creation of sites, addition and/or modification of components for existing sites),- supply of the necessary licences,- inbound reversibility, including the resumption of the automated deployment platform, which makes it possible to industrialise and secure the updating of new services,- outbound reversibility and transfer to another legal entity if necessary.The contract concluded at the end of this consultation will take the form of a single-awarded framework agreement with order forms:- with no minimum or maximum amount for the Nantes Métropole perimeter, expenditure being estimated at EUR 3,000,000 excluding VAT,- with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount of EUR 990,000 excluding VAT for the City of Nantes perimeter,- with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount of EUR 200,000 excluding VAT for the CCAS perimeter. These amounts are assessed over the overall duration of the contract, which would be spread over 6 years.
