Description

The subject matter of the contract is:1. provision by the Economic Operator to the Contracting Authority of services ensuring maintenance of two IT systems exchanging data, hereinafter referred to as "Systems":a) the BeSTi@ System, hereinafter referred to as "BeSTi@ System" or "BeSTi@",b) the SJO BeSTi@ System, hereinafter referred to as "SJO BeSTi@ System" or "SJO BeSTi@";2) development, execution and preparation of installation versions of files ensuring automatic installation of changes in the Systems:2. The Detailed Description of the subject matter of the Order and the manner of its performance is contained in the Model Agreement, including the Detailed Description of the subject matter of the Agreement constituting Appendix 1 to the Model Agreement constituting Appendix J to the ToR.
The subject matter of the Contract is:1) provision by the Economic Operator to the Contracting Authority of services ensuring maintenance of two IT systems exchanging data, hereinafter referred to as the "Systems":a) BeSTi@ System built within the framework of the Phare 2002/000.580.01.09 Component B "Local Government Budget Management System", hereinafter referred to as the "BeSTi@ System" or "BeSTi@",b) SJO BeSTi@ System built within the framework of the Transition Facility project 2006/018-180.01-04 "Local government units budget management system - organizational units reporting" Contract 2, hereinafter referred to as the "SJO BeSTi@ System" or "SJO BeSTi@";2) Development, execution and preparation of installation versions of files ensuring automatic installation of the following changes in the Systems:a) Task STER - Introduction in the BeSTi@ System of control mechanisms for testing compliance of Rb-28S/Rb-27S/RB-NDS with documents in incomplete detail in the "Budget" module - specified in Chapter 2, point 2.2.2.1 (requirements from STER_01 to STER_05) of the Detailed Description of the subject matter of the Agreement constituting Appendix 1 to the Model Agreement constituting Appendix J to the ToR,b) Task ARCH - creating in the BeSTi@ System an archive of dictionary entries (tasks, undertakings) - specified in Chapter 2, point 2.2(2).2.2 (requirements from ARCH_01 to ARCH_05) Detailed description of the subject matter of the Agreement constituting Attachment No. 1 to the Model Agreement constituting Attachment J to the ToR,c) Task of the NSBs - Enabling preparation in the BeSTi@ System of financial statements as of the day of termination of territorial self-government units' activities (mainly associations) and JOs - defined in chapter 2 point 2.2 point 2.2.3 (requirements from KON_01 to KON_04) of the Detailed Description of the subject matter of the Agreement constituting Attachment No. 1 to the Specimen Agreement constituting Attachment J to To ToR,d) Task of RAP - Enabling to prepare in the BeSTi@ System reports on indicators and budget surplus - defined in Chapter 2 point 2.2(2.2).4 (requirements from RAP_01 to RAP_04) of the Detailed Description of the subject matter of the Agreement constituting Annex 1 to the Model Agreement constituting Annex J to To ToRs.2 The maintenance services referred to in paragraph 1.1 include:1) provision of technical assistance services;2) introduction of adjustments/changes to the Schemes;and will be performed in accordance with the principles described in the ToR: Attachment No. 1 to the Agreement - Detailed description of the subject matter of the Agreement, Attachment No. 2 to the Agreement - Procedure for providing technical assistance services and Attachment No. 3 to the Agreement - Procedure for introducing adjustments/amendments.3 The Detailed description of the subject matter of the Order and the manner of its performance is contained in the Model Agreement, including the Detailed description of the subject matter of the Agreement constituting Attachment No. 1 to the Model Agreement constituting Attachment J to the ToR.
