Description
The contracting authority depends on IT systems to support parliamentary processes, internal administration and communication with the outside world. Stable and secure IT systems are important for the Contracting Authority, at the same time that the threat against the Norwegian Parliament´s IT systems is changing as a result of technological and society changes. This situation means that the Contracting Authority has a lot of focus on information security.The Contracting Authority focuses on ensuring general management of information security at the Norwegian Parliament. The work consists of mapping, organising and managing security by implementing and administering a management system for information security. The aim of the security work is to prevent, uncover, point out and follow up any security risks.Questions about the contest documents will not be answered in weeks 26, 27 and 28.
The Contracting Authority needs assistance with quality assurance, risk and vulnerability analyses and security reviews in order to establish good information security.Assistance is wanted for the preparation of a strategy and principles for risk management. Furthermore, services are wanted for the formulation of guidelines for information security on all levels, from the further development of IT security architecture for technical architecture, systems, infrastructure and applications to the implementation and follow-up of the chosen security systems.Assistance is also wanted with measurements, follow-up and reports on the fulfilment of information security and personal protection requirements.There is also a need for assistance within security testing of, amongst other things, systems, infrastructure and applications, as well as monitoring security.There could be a need to establish and give advice on monitoring security on the total IT infrastructure, as well as advice and assistance if a security event occurs.The expected consumption under the framework agreement in the next four years is approx. NOK 5 million to NOK 6 million excluding VAT
