Description

The subject matter of the Order in these Proceedings is the provision by the Contractor of specialist services in the scope related to software development by the Contractor's team, in a design work model, in order to develop a sales service system (hereinafter referred to as the SMILE system) including a billing system in the ENERGA Group on the basis of the basic software owned by the Contracting Authority. Design works shall be carried out in accordance with the demand submitted by the Ordering Party, on the basis of unit orders. The Contracting Authority shall commission services consisting in analysis, design, programming, testing, training, preparation of documentation and consultation. The indicated services constitute the widest scope of works which may be commissioned under the Framework Agreement. (3) Within the scope of this Procedure, the following components of the SMILE System, for the Energa Obrót Sales Line (hereinafter referred to as EOB) and the Energa Operator Distribution Line (hereinafter referred to as EOP) shall be included in the service: a) Self-service portal for Oracle Webcenter Portal customers. The application has two separate instances - for EOB (Oracle Webcenter Portal: ENERGA24) and EOP (Oracle Webcenter Portal: Resellers Portal), b) Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing application - billing system. The application has two separate instances - for EOB and EOP, c) Oracle BI Publisher application - a reporting platform providing operational and analytical reports. The application has 2 separate instances - for EOB and EOP. d) And the integration of these applications through the IBM WebSphere Enterprise Data Bus. The aforementioned components constitute the basic software on the basis of which the Contractor shall provide IT services. The detailed description of the subject of the contract was set out in Appendix 1 to the ToR - "Description of the subject of the contract".
