1. The NATIONAL POWER CORPORATION (NPC), through its approved Corporate Budget of CY 2018 intends to apply the sum of (Please see schedule below) being the Approved Budget for the contract (ABC) to payments under the contract listed below. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening. Ref. Nos./PR Nos.: SVP2018-AFD-034 / MG-MFI18-006 Description: Supply of labor for the repair & maintenance of Building including materials for Housing Quarter NO. 7, NPC Compound, Ditucalan, Iligan City (20 calendar days) 1. Removal and Disposal Works 2. Supply and Installation of Doors, Windows and Wall partition PCAB License and Registration Category: General Building- Category C & D; Buildings- “Small B Bid Submission /Opening: Nov. 26, 2018 @ 9:30 AM ABC / Amount of Bid Docs: P 53,746.35/500.00 2. NPC now invites Bids for Items listed above. Delivery of the Items are required within the contract period specified in the Technical Specifications. The Bidder must have completed a single contract that is similar to this Project, equivalent to an amount as stated in the Bidding Documents. The description of an eligible bidder is in Section II, Instruction to Bidders (ITB) of the Bidding Documents. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” pursuant to RA 9184 and its Revised IRR. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA 5183 and subject to Commonwealth Act 138. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Contracts Management Office, Logistics Division at the address given below during office hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders from the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee stated above. To participate in the bidding, Bidders shall pay the non-refundable fee of the Bidding Documents not later than the date of bid submission. 5. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before the date stated above. Late bids shall not be accepted. 6. NPC reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders. 7.
