Description

It involves carrying out qualitative and quantitative studies, intervention design and impact assessment with different audiences in the field of health, and monitoring of study sites. This contract is composed of six lots.
Carrying out qualitative studies with different audiences in the field of health. This involves pre-testing of advertising creations, post-testing of campaigns, media tools, qualitative exploratory studies, satisfaction or experimentation surveys, specific surveys on a health field or a local issue. The audiences concerned are the general public or specific audiences. Carrying out quantitative studies by ad hoc or omnibus quotas among different audiences in the health field. These include opinion or behavioural surveys, campaign pre-tests and post-tests, waves of surveys of a panel of Internet users among the general public or specific audiences. These surveys are hetero or self-administered and may use different media (telephone, face-to-face, in person or by videoconference, paper questionnaires, via the Internet on digital media, etc.). Carrying out random quantitative surveys among different audiences in the field of health. These are random surveys on various health themes and behaviours (health barometer, thematic and multi-thematic surveys). These are surveys of the general population and/or specific groups, with large samples (10,000/25,000 interviewees). Follow-up of qualitative and quantitative studies by telephone and face-to-face, either by a physical presence with the interviewers and their team leaders in the case of a telephone survey, or by visiting the interviewers at a number of survey points in the case of a face-to-face, focus-group or observation study. Data entry in the field of health (excluding survey services) made available by Santé publique France and collected from different populations, in the context of surveys or during the compulsory declaration of certain diseases, without calling on a specific data collection service provider and based on questionnaires or paper forms. Designing interventions to help change behaviour in a health-promoting direction and evaluating their impact. This involves analysing barriers, favourable and unfavourable contexts, describing the whole network of internal and external influences surrounding the targeted behaviours, and accurately describing the behavioural brakes and levers.
