Description

The subject of the order is the delivery of 8 (9 or 10) ABC biometric gates integrated with the Border Guard IT system used to control persons crossing the state border. Each ABC gate must have a two-door construction, the so-called man-trap. In front of the exit door there must be a photographic/film device installed to take a photograph of the traveller, which will allow the verification process to take place. The ABC gate must open the entrance door after applying the appropriate biometric document and must open the exit door after the traveller has been correctly verified after receiving a response from the Border Guard system that there are no contraindications to cross the border. Apart from the gates, the equipment enabling their supervision must be provided. The Ordering Party, pursuant to art. 34 sec. 5 of the Act, provides for the right of option, specifying the maximum size of the subject of the order - i.e. the delivery of 10 ABC biometric gates.
The contract is awarded in an open tender procedure, pursuant to art. 39 et seq. of the Act of 29 January 2004. - Public Procurement Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1843), hereinafter referred to as the "Act".3 The procedure is conducted in Polish, in electronic form, via the platform located at the address: https://muw.ezamawiajacy.pl/ or https://oneplace.marketplanet.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform").
