Description

Surgical, synthetic, absorbable, braided two-component (glyconate-lactate) threads coated with a mixture of calcium stearate and copolymers of glycolide and lactide providing 140 % initial tissue support, 80 % after two weeks and 30 % after three weeks after implantation and completely absorbed between 56 to 70 days after implantation Monofilament threads, non-absorbable. Monofilament synthetic thread, absorbable 90-110 days, knot strength/tissue support 75 % after 14 days after implantation, approximately 40 % after 21 days Non-absorbable braided polyester threads with coating of individual fibres constituting the structure of the threads Monofilament synthetic absorbable over a period of 180 days, with tissue support approx. 65 % after 3 weeks and 50 % after 4 weeks after implantation are indicated for use in general close-up and/or soft tissue binding procedures, including cardiovascular surgery and peripheral vessel procedures. Monofilament seam, synthetic, absorbed, made of glycolide, dioxanone and trimethyl carbonate system consisting of a surgical needle at one end and a loop gripper at the other end and unidirectional hooks at the length of the thread; with a tissue hold of about 21 days, total absorption time up to 90-110 days. Vascular seams, non-absorbable, made of polypropylene with added glycol Surgical, synthetic, absorbable, braided, of polyglycolic acid, coated with calcium stearate and polycaprolactone, coated with an antibacterial coating in the form of chlorhexidine, with a reduction in breaking strength to 60 to 70 % of initial strength after 14 days and 25 to 45 % after 21 days; Absorbed completely between 60-90 days after implantation Sterile surgical needle made of stainless steel, with eye for surgical thread insertion, packed 2 pieces each., Specialized seam set to prevent the abdominal junction from spreading, consisting of surgical and twisted steel threads and two polyethylene plates in size 100 mm x 30 mm x 8 mm Synthetic seam, polypropylene, non-absorbable, single-fibre, with controlled stretching and plastic deformation of the knot. Needles with increased stability in vice, made of deformation-resistant steel alloy, recommended for capsize seam Synthetic single-fibre seam, absorbable, made of polyoxanone, with non-abrasive coating, with addition of triclosan with a wide spectrum of antibacterial action. Tissue maintenance period up to 90 days. Absorption period 182 - 238 days. Needles with increased stability in a vice made of a deformation-resistant steel alloy. "The contracting authority shall require up to package 13 for the duration of the lending agreement: - universal laparoscopic staplers - two reusable pieces, equipped with diodes showing the readiness and status of the device during operation, i.e. Mechanized handle indicator, progress indicator suitable for steam autoclave sterilization, designed to work with straight loads and articulation with lengths of 30 mm, 45 mm and 60 mm, operating by means of microprocessor and motors all stapler functions - load closing and opening, bending of loads with articulation, rotation around its axis, load firing.Stapler is to be designed min. 100 surgical procedures; Adapter; Charger and power supply; Battery insertion guide; Lithium-ion rechargeable batteries and/or Reusable tissue stitching handle, powered by a lithium-ion rechargeable battery, incorporating a microprocessor, electronic circuit, 3 motors, OLED display screen (min. 1 pc.); Adapter - Standard reusable stapler adapter. It consists of connectors matching the motor, sensor indicators and handle communication interfaces so that the device is functional and provides communication between compatible staple loads and powered handle; Charger; Battery insertion guide" Appendix no. 1 - Pricelist assortment sheet
