CALL FOR TENDERS
BIDS in sealed envelopes will be received at the office of the City Clerk of the City of Victoriaville located at City Hall, 1 Notre-Dame Street West, Victoriaville, until 10:00 a.m., local time, on Friday, October 20, 2023, for the following project:
Ø Supply of water treatment chemicals for the years 2024 and 2025 (Our reference: 512.1110-106795)
Only bids prepared on the forms provided for this purpose by the City of Victoriaville will be considered.
Tender documents are available from the Système électronique d'appel d'offres (SÉAO) by contacting one of its representatives by telephone at 1 866 669-7326 or 1 514 669-7326, or by visiting the website www.seao.ca, quoting reference number 1759752 . Documents can be obtained at a cost set by SÉAO. Bids must be submitted in paper format or electronically via the OAIS. If a bidder submits the same bid in paper format and electronically (via OWTS), this constitutes the submission of multiple bids and will automatically result in the rejection of all such bids.
Each bid, in paper format, must be inserted in an envelope bearing the following wording

Only bids received before 10 a.m. local time on Friday, October 20, 2023 will be considered. They will be publicly opened on the same day and at the same time.
The City of Victoriaville does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received, nor to incur any obligation or costs of any kind towards the bidder(s), and reserves the right to disregard any minor irregularity in the case of the lowest bid.
