Provision of professional engineering services for the preparation of final plans and specifications, management and supervision of work on the project to rehabilitate municipal services and revitalize the surface of Central Avenue, between 9th Street and 12th Street.

The City does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received. No faxed bids will be accepted.
