Description

To participate in the tender, the following minimum requirements need to be met:

  1. the bidder is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and the supplier of the proposed 100-tonne hydraulic railway cranes
  2. the bidder has manufactured and supplied at least 4 100-tonnes (or more) hydraulic railway cranes between 2018 and up to the final submission date
  3. the bidder must be certified for a Quality Control system in accordance with ISO 9001, and the certification must be valid and up to date

The cranes are subject to a number of technical requirements. 

The bidder shall provide the proposed price for the supply of the cranes. The prices shall be quoted in euro currency only and be inclusive of all of the services and equipment specified herein, including, the warranty and all other works and services detailed in the Agreement.

The proposed price for the cranes is the final, complete and inclusive price that will be paid to the supplier for the cranes and all drawings and documentation related thereto, including maintenance procedures and operational instructions for the cranes and all costs related to the design, manufacture, supply, training, warranty, service support visits and the accompanying services to be provided by the supplier during the warranty period and/or the term of the Agreement.
