PUBLIC TENDER NOTICE N° TPU-120424
SUPPLY AND LAYING OF ASPHALT 2024

The City of Rouyn-Noranda is requesting bids for the purpose of issuing a contract to meet its needs for the supply and/or laying of bituminous asphalt. The services to be provided and the administrative procedures for obtaining the contract are described in greater detail in the tender documents.
Interested bidders will be able to obtain the tender documents as of March 6, 2024, from the Service électronique d'appels d'offres (SEAO) by contacting one of its representatives by telephone at 866 669-7326 or 514 856-6600, or by consulting the website www.seao.ca, quoting notice number TPU-120424. Documents may be obtained at a cost determined by SEAO.
Regardless of the shipping method the bidder chooses to adopt, to be validly received, all bids must be delivered in a sealed envelope marked "TPU-120424 - Soumission pour fourniture et pose d'enrobé 2024" and be physically located, no later than 11 a.m. on April 12, 2024, at the office of the Procurement Department of the City of Rouyn-Noranda located at the following address:

Bids received within the standards will be opened by the person authorized for this purpose, in the company of two witnesses, at the office of the Service des acquisitions of the City of Rouyn-Noranda, on April 12, 2024 at 11:10 a.m.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a certified cheque in the amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000).

The City of Rouyn-Noranda does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids submitted, and reserves the right to cancel the call for tenders. Bidders are not entitled to any compensation for costs incurred in obtaining tender documents or in preparing and submitting their bids.
