NOTICE OF PUBLIC CALL FOR TENDERS
The Centre de services scolaire de la Rivière-du-Nord wishes to obtain sealed bids for a construction contract to supply and install cabling for CSSRDN facilities. The Centre de services scolaire de la Rivière-du-Nord wishes to retain the services of a company to provide an independent labour service for the installation and repair of network outlets throughout its territory.
We periodically need to purchase equipment to maintain and install our network cables.
An RBQ license is required.

PLACE OF WORK :
All CSSRDN sites.

WORK PERFORMANCE TIME :
June 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025

OBTAINING DOCUMENTS :
As of April 22, 2024, any person or company may obtain tender documents, plans and specifications and other documents relevant to the project from the distributor SÉAO (Système Électronique d'Appel d'Offres) by going to the "www.seao.ca" site. Documents can be downloaded at a cost set by SÉAO. Assistance from SÉAO is available Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the following number: 1-866-669-7326.

RECEIPT OF BIDS :
To be valid and considered, all bids must be received no later than May 21, 2024 before 2 p.m. . Bids may be submitted by any of the following methods:

a. electronically via the SEAO and must be submitted (i.e., encrypted, transmitted, time-stamped and saved on the SEAO servers) before the date and time set for receipt of bids ;
b. in a sealed envelope, at the reception desk of the Centre de services scolaires de la Rivière-du-Nord, 795 rue Melançon, Saint-Jérôme, Québec, J7Z 4L1, before the date and time set for receipt of bids;
Any bid received after this time will be automatically rejected and returned to the bidder unopened.

BID OPENING :
Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for receipt of Bids.
The School Service Centre encourages bidders to submit bids electronically.
We remind you that the regulations do not allow the filing of multiple bids under the call for tenders, it being understood that the transmission of the same bid electronically and on paper constitutes the filing of multiple bids.
BID SECURITY :
None.

FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE PUBLIC BODY:
The bidder must refer to the procedure available on the Centre de services scolaires de la Rivière-du-Nord website at: https://cssrdn.gouv.qc.ca/a-propos/appels-doffres.
The deadline for filing a complaint in connection with this call for tenders is
May 8, 2024.

NOTICE:
The Centre de services scolaires does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received, without compensation or any other form of liability to the bidders. Subject to the provisions of the Règlement sur les contrats de travaux de construction des organismes publics.
