For the supply and delivery of gasoline and diesel fuel

The City of New Richmond is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of gasoline and diesel fuel for 2025.

Tender documents may be obtained via the Electronic Tendering Service at www.seao.ca.

Tenders sealed in an envelope marked "Tender - Gasoline and Diesel Fuel" and addressed to the undersigned will be received until 11:00 a.m. on December 2, 2024, and will be publicly opened on the same day at 11:01 a.m. at City Hall, 99 Place Suzanne-Guité, New Richmond. However, service providers who wish to do so may also submit their proposals by electronic tendering system (ETS) before the closing date.

Only bids prepared on the forms provided by the City will be considered. Bidders must familiarize themselves with and comply with By-laws 1083-18 and 1166-21 on the contract management of the City.

The deadline for filing a complaint regarding the contract award process is November 25, 2024.

The City of New Richmond does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received and will not assume any obligation or costs to the bidder(s).
