Supply and delivery of diesel fuel and tank rental

The Town of Dunham is requesting bids for the supply and delivery of diesel fuel and the rental of a tank for a 2-year period.

The tender document and all ancillary documents must be obtained by bidders through SEAO (www.seao.gouv.qc.ca or 1 866 669-7326). Obtaining documents is subject to SEAO fees.

Bids must be received in a sealed envelope no later than 09:30 a.m. on July 4, 2024 at 3777, rue Principale, Dunham (Québec), J0E 1M0. The public opening of bids will take place at 09:35 a.m. at the same location. The results of this call for tenders will be published in the SEAO.

The deadline for filing a complaint regarding the awarding process or the awarding of this contract by the agency is June 25, 2024.

The Town of Dunham does not undertake to accept the lowest or any bid received. Furthermore, the Town of Dunham does not incur any obligation or costs towards the bidders.

This call for tenders may be subject to market liberalization agreements, and bidders must have an establishment in Quebec or in one of the territories covered by these agreements, including ALEC and ACCQO, if applicable.
