Description
In accordance with Law Nº 19.886, of Bases on Administrative Contracts of Supply and Provision of Services, its modifications, and Decree 661 that establishes its regulations, the Local Public Education Service of Chiloé, calls for public bidding to natural or legal persons, companies or suppliers of the area, or temporary union of suppliers, to contract the "CONTRACT FOR THE SUPPLY OF CLASSBOOKS FOR EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS OF THE LOCAL PUBLIC EDUCATION SERVICE OF CHILOÉ", with the objective of acquiring textbooks for the 2025 school year, it is necessary to carry out a bidding process that meets the most advantageous conditions, an action that is of utmost importance and essential, since it is of direct benefit to the students and teaching staff of the educational community of the Local Public Education Service of Chiloé.
