Description

The contract is for:

- the design/engineering, supply, installation, configuration, testing and commissioning of a Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition / Advanced Distribution Management system (SCADA/ADMS)
- the supply, configuration and setup of all computer hardware and networking equipment
- its integration of the SCADA/ADMS with the Geographical Information System and other enterprise systems

The authority also wants the building and commissioning of:

- a National Distribution Control Centre including supply and installation of control room furniture, large wall displays, hardware, instruments and other equipment
- a Emergency Distribution Control Centre including the supply and installation of a large wall display and furniture
- 4 Regional Distribution Control Centres includes hardware supply and installation
