Redevelopment of the Zugspitz-Realschule in Garmisch- Partenkirchen, site setup, shoring and earthworks, total demolition of a central part of the building as structural demolition, new construction of the central part of the building, mainly reinforced concrete work, to a lesser extent steel construction work for ceiling girders, redevelopment work on 2 further building components and the underground car park (partial demolition of reinforced concrete components and masonry, partial new construction and additions in masonry and reinforced concrete). Execution on 4 floors from basement to 2nd floor (=DG).
