Description

The subject matter of the contract is the service of Christmas and New Year's decoration of trees, streets and squares together with its maintenance in Gdynia, in the Christmas and New Year's seasons, with the approval of partial bids.2 Detailed scope of the contract, place of service provision and the Contractor's obligations have been included in the descriptions of individual parts of the contract.3 Detailed obligations of the Contractor and terms of performance of the contract are specified in the Model contract - Annex 8 to Section 4 of this document.The Contractor shall be obliged to provide means of transport within the city administration in order to transport new and reconstructed materials for assembly and disassembly and to maintain continuity of operation of the illuminations installed by the Contractor.5 In order to properly perform the order, the Contractor shall have at its disposal: the equipment necessary to perform the order referred to in this document.
Part 1 - Illumination in districts.The subject of the order for Part 1 includes illumination imitating sails.The Contractor shall place for the period of exposition the ornaments of the ground illumination in the locations presented below:a) Lining - area of the crossing of the Kwiatkowski flyover with ul. Unruga,b) Oksywie - area of rural park of Oksywie village,c) Foothills - area at Unruga street on lawn in the area of railway bridge,d) Chylonia - area near the intersection of Morska street with Obwodowa street (in the direction. The centre of Gdynia),e) Cisowa - area in the vicinity of the intersection of Morska and Chylońska streets (in the direction of Rumia).For each location, these are sets of illumination decorations consisting of 3 spatial four-plane forms imitating sails (mainsail and seal) made of light metals not subject to corrosion woven with the use of LED spots on decorations of the "Hanging Light Cords" type for outdoor applications with blue light with every 5 flashing light and cold white light with every 5 flashing light. The description constitutes Annex A to the ToR. The Contractor will place the ornaments after agreeing on the details of their location with an employee of the City Plastic Office. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in the model agreement constituting Annex 8 to the ToR. The Contracting Authority envisages awarding contracts referred to in art. 67 par. 1 item 6 of the PPL Act, constituting not more than 50% of the value of the basic contract consisting in repeating similar services and compliant with its subject matter, and the total value of these contracts was taken into account when calculating its value. Part 2 - Illumination at Świętojańska Street.The subject matter of the contract for Part 2 includes illumination: elements of the "Christmas Tree - Sailing Tree" type, decorations of the "Hanging Light Cords" type, arranged according to the instructions of the Employee of the Ordering Party.The tuning scheme is specified on the photograph constituting Appendix B to the ToR. The Contractor shall arrange the so called "Hanging Light Cords" in a manner accepted by the employee of the City Plastics Office. The Contracting Authority envisages awarding contracts referred to in art. 67 par. 1 item 6 of the PPL Act, constituting not more than 50% of the value of the basic contract consisting in repeating similar services and compliant with its subject matter, and the total value of such contracts was taken into account when calculating its value.The contract consists in the repetition of similar services consistent with the subject matter of the basic contract. The subject of the contract for Part 3 includes illumination in locations: Kosciuszko Square, City Fountain at Kosciuszko Square, Kashubian Square, St. Maximilian's Hill, Square at the intersection of Armii Krajowej, Danuta Baduszkowa and Zawiszy Czarnego streets, Zwycięstwa Avenue (entrance from the side of Sopot).Example tuning scheme - in accordance with the photographs constituting Appendix C to the ToR.The Contractor will place the ornaments after agreeing on the details of their location with an employee of the City Visual Studio.A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in the specimen agreement constituting Annex 8 to To ToR. The Contractor will place decorations such as "Hanging Light Cords" and "Light Snake" and other light cords after the details of their location have been agreed with an employee of the City Plastic Office.A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in the specimen agreement constituting Annex 8 to the ToR. The Contractor shall decorate two Christmas trees (growing next to each other) located by the path (at the pond) leading from ul. Płk. Stanisława Dąbka to ul. Major Henryk Sucharski with the use of decorations of the "Hanging Light Cords" type, 700 m long, for external use, with min. 10 LED light points per running meter, with blue light with every 5 blinking diode and cold white light with every 5 blinking diode, in the proportion of 50/50% cords made of own material.
