Description

supply and installation of furniture and barriers for the Saône-Et-Loire greenways network. The consultation is divided into 2 lots. In accordance with articles R.2162-2 of the French Public Order Code, the services will be acquired by means of a framework agreement with order forms, with no minimum and a maximum amount of : - lot 1: 30,000 euros (excl. VAT) per year, i.e. 120,000 euros (excl. VAT) for the duration of the contract (4 years); - lot 2: 50,000 euros (excl. VAT) per year, i.e. 200,000 euros (excl. VAT) for the duration of the contract (4 years) for lot 2. Contracts awarded by framework agreement with purchase orders are concluded for a period of one year from their date of notification. They are tacitly renewable 3 times, for a period of 1 year, i.e. a maximum duration of 4 years
