Description

The subject matter of the contract is summer cleaning of communal roads, pavements and parking bays in the area of the district of Białołęka, i.e. Warsaw.
2.1 The subject matter of the contract is summer cleaning of municipal roads, pavements and parking spaces on the grounds of the district of Białołęka, i.e. Warsaw. The Contractor shall be obliged to clean up to 180 km on both sides of the roads together with a pavement band (fuse), including weeding and removal of debris, including removal of debris left after traffic accidents (including oil, petroleum, broken glass, elements of car body, etc.), removal of waste and its disposal, upon the Ordering Party's request, which shall be commenced by the Contractor within the deadline of ........ b) removing large water spills from streets without storm drainage, by pumping out the water and transporting it away with a slurry tanker, when requested to do so by the customer, which the contractor will remove by ...... hours(s) from the moment of notification by the contracting authority (as per the contractor's offer), in the amount estimated by the contracting authority at 550 m3;2) in the scope of cleaning pavements and parking bays, manual or mechanical cleaning of the entire surface of the pavement, walkways and parking bays from soil deposits, including cutting grass overgrowth and weeds, trimming lawn edges, removal of waste and its disposal. The Contractor shall be obliged to clean up to 238,704 m2 of pavement and 14,432 m2 of parking bays;3) The list of streets, pavements and parking bays managed by the district that are subject to summer cleaning is provided in appendix no. 1 to the model agreement;4) Contractor's employees shall wear working clothes with a visible logo of the company;5) Services provided by the Contractor shall be performed in compliance with the rules provided for in the following acts: of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779, as amended) and of 13 September 1996 on waste management (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779, as amended).6) the contractor shall be a producer of waste generated as a result of the performance of the contract, and the manner of managing such waste must comply with the provisions in force as at the date of performance of the contract, i.e. the Waste Act (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779, as amended) and the Act on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Communes (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended).The Contracting Authority does not provide for the use of the option right.2.3 Insurance policy requirementsThe Contracting Authority requires that throughout the term of the contract the contractor has a paid-up insurance policy, or failing that, another document confirming that the contractor is insured against civil liability relating to the subject matter of the contract for the period of performance of the contract for a sum not less than the value of the gross remuneration. The insurance must also cover the actions of subcontractors. In the event that the civil liability insurance policy does not cover the whole period of the contract, the contractor shall present the contracting authority with a new insurance policy in the above specified scope, on the last day of the validity of the previous insurance contract at the latest.Detailed provisions are included in the model contract.2.4. Equivalent solutions.The contracting authority shall not introduce equivalent solutions.2.6 Term of the contract.The contract will be concluded for a period of three months from the date of signing the contract.Detailed terms of the contract are included in the model contract.2.7 Value of the contractThe Contracting Authority does not specify the amount for financing the contract at this stage.2.8 Additional obligations of the contractor.2.8.1 The Contracting Authority in the subject proceedings applies the social clause on the basis of Article 95 of the Act of 11 September 2019, Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws 2019, item 2019 as amended).
