The subject matter of the Order is: Major overhaul of turboset 13UK125 no. 2 in PGE Energia Ciepła S.A. Branch No. 1 in Kraków.The basic scope of work for the repair of the TG-2 turbine set includes: - technical supervision and coordination of the scope of work; - preparatory and completion works, installation and dismantling of insulation and scaffolding, participation in commissioning and trial operation, as well as life cycle diagnostics; - overhaul of the turbine and the mechanical part of the generator; - overhaul of turbine control system components; - overhaul of the oil system; - overhaul of auxiliary equipment: fittings and pipelines; Exchangers and tanks; Pumps.The optional scope for turbo unit overhaul and TG-2 upgrade includes: Turbine options - Option 1 - Bushing the screw hole in the half-coupling screw of the WP rotor; - Option 2 - Reconstruction of the WP rotor blade rebate; - Option 3 - Milling of one stage of the WP rotor (hammer teeth); - Option 4 - Replacement of the steering wheel overband seals of the WP with the delivery of new seals; - Option 5 - Revitalization of the outer hull of the WP rotor; - Option 4 - Replacement of the steering wheel overband seals of the WP with the delivery of new seals; - Option 5 - Revitalization of the outer hull of the WP rotor. WP; - Option 6 - Hull revitalization inside the WP; - Option 7 - Control components; - Option 8 - Revitalization of the WP 3-valve chamber (left side); - Option 9 - Revitalization of the WP control valve chamber (right side); - Option 10 - Milling of one stage of the SP rotor (herringbone notch); - Option 11 - Reconstruction of the SP rotor blade notch; - Option 12 - External hull revitalization (right side); - Option 10 - Milling of one stage of the SP rotor (herringbone notch); - Option 11 - Reconstruction of the SP rotor blade notch. SP;-Option 13 - Revitalization of the SP inner hull; -Option 14 - Ringing of the SP clamps; -Option 15 - Replacement of the SP steering wheel overband seals and delivery of new seals; -Option 16 - Revitalization of the SP valve chamber (left side); -Option 17 - Revitalization of the SP valve chamber (right side); -Option 18 - Reconstruction of the NP rotor blade rebate: (steps 1-4); - Option 19 - Passing one step of the NP rotor; - Option 20 - Bushing the screw hole of the NP rotor coupling half; - Option 21 - Replacement of fittings; - Option 22 - Repair of XA, XB, XW, XN, CT, SS, ZZ, XR exchangers after UDT revision;- Option 23 - supply of steering wheels WP;- Option 24 - supply of steering wheels SP;- Option 25 - pump parts; - Option 26 - exchanger parts; - Option 27 - valve replacement parts; - Option 28 - other auxiliary work.
