Following the first stage of the process, the Call for Qualifications, applicants qualified to be invited to the second stage, the Call for Proposals. It is the second stage in the process of selecting a contractor with whom the Corporation intends to enter into a design-build contract.
In accordance with section 58.1 of the Act respecting contracts of public bodies (RLRQ, c. C-65.1), the SQI will not disclose the number and names of candidates, qualified candidates and invited candidates, or the names of the proponents until it has received complete proposals from the proponents.
In doing so, only Qualified Applicants invited to participate in the Call for Proposals will receive the second stage bidding documents, called the Instructions to Proposers, and the entire process will be conducted via an electronic documentation room.
