Stadterneuerungsgesellschaft Gelsenkirchen mbH & Co. KG (SEG) - a municipal subsidiary founded in 2011 - is responsible for implementing the measures set out in the master plan for Bochumer Strasse in Gelsenkirchen, among other things. Its main activities include the acquisition, refurbishment and management of real estate. This invitation to tender seeks a contractor for the provision of planning services for technical building equipment. The contract includes services in service phases 1-7 in accordance with Section 55 HOAI for all necessary fit-out services. In particular, this concerns the wastewater/water systems, heat supply, electrical systems and communication systems; specifically, services are to be provided for the system groups wastewater, water and gas systems, heat supply systems, ventilation systems, high-voltage systems, telecommunications and information technology systems as well as other measures for technical systems. The two buildings in question are two Wilhelminian-style buildings at Bergmannstr. 2 and Bochumer Str. 99 in Gelsenkirchen, which were built in 1904 and 1898 respectively and are classified as worthy of preservation due to their significant urban location. A shell renovation has already been carried out on both buildings; in addition, a joint staircase has been built so that the two buildings now form an economic unit. In the future, the building at Bochumer Str. 99 will be used for restaurants and offices and the building at Bergmannstr. 2 will be used for residential purposes.
