EASTERN QUEBEC COMMON PROCUREMENT GROUP
The Eastern Quebec Common Procurement Group acts as agents for the Participating Establishments identified in the Bidding Documents. As soon as a Notice of Award is sent by the Eastern Quebec Common Procurement Group, the Contract to be entered into shall be binding on each of the Participating Sites and the SUPPLIER(s) selected. The Groupe d'approvisionnement en commun de l'Est du Québec (hereinafter referred to as: the "PUBLIC ORGANIZATION") is recognized by the Minister of Health and Social Services under section 435.1 of the Act respecting health services and social services (RLRQ, chapter S 4.2).
SUBJECT
The PUBLIC ORGANIZATION requests bids for specialized medical supplies - angiography for the benefit of Participating Facilities located in the delivery areas covered by this notice.

INFORMATION SESSION
An information session will be held on July 19, 2019, at 10:30 am, by conference call and a second session identical to the first will be held on August 7, 2019 at 10:30 am. SUBMITTERS interested in participating are invited to confirm their attendance at any of the information sessions by email to the Case Manager at melanie.lampron.gaceq@ssss.gouv.qc.ca
The telephone number to call to attend the information session is 1-866-827-6872 conference code 5737389#. The purpose of this meeting is to answer questions from bidders on any aspect of the RFP. Failure to participate shall not be used as an excuse or pretext for errors, omissions or irregularities on the part of a SUBMISSIONER or SUPPLIER.
DURATION OF THE CONTRACT AND DESCRIPTION OF THE OPTIONS
The Contract to be entered into will cover an initial period of 3 years.
The Agreement provides for two renewal options of 12 months each. A 3-month transition period is included in the second renewal option.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING THE PRICE SCHEDULE
The SUBMISSIONER must record his prices in the price schedules posted on the SEAO website. Only bids completed and received according to the date and time indicated in the tender documents will be considered.
