Description
In accordance with the provisions of the Public Health Code and the Decree of 23.12.2006 laying down the transport prescription reference system provided for in Article R. 322-10-1 of the Social Security Code, this first batch concerns the transport by ambulance or VSL of patients in the following cases:- the patient has at least one impairment or incapacity requiring transport in a lying or semi-lying position,- the patient requires transport with supervision by a qualified person or requiring the administration of oxygen,- the patient requires transport with stretcher-bearing or carrying, or transport to be performed with aseptic conditions.The only service providers authorised to respond to this consignment are the approved health carriers under the conditions defined in Articles R. 6312-1 of the Public Health Code and benefiting from a commissioning authorisation issued under the conditions defined in Articles R. 6312-33 of the same Code. In accordance with the provisions of the Public Health Code, the Social Security Code and the Decree of 23.12.2006 laying down the reference frame for the prescription of transport provided for in Article R. 322-10-1 of the Social Security Code, this second batch covers Professional Assisted Transport (TAP) in the following cases:- disabling physical disability or incapacity requiring technical or human mobility assistance but not stretchering or carrying,- intellectual or psychological disability or incapacity requiring the help of a third person to transmit the necessary information to the medical team in the absence of an accompanying person,- disability requiring strict compliance with hygiene rules,- disability requiring the prevention of the infectious risk by rigorous disinfection of the vehicle.This second batch may also cover transports prescribed for the insured or entitled person who is undergoing treatment or who has a condition that may cause risks of side effects during transport. The company and its vehicles are approved in accordance with the legal and regulatory provisions in force (Article L. 6312-1 to Article L. 6312-5 of the Public Health Code and Articles R. 6312- 1, R. 6312-4 to R. 6312-23 and R. 6314-3 to R. 6314-6 of the Public Health Code) and meet the conditions required by this approval.the company refers to DGOS/R4/2013/222 of 3.6.2013 relating to the implementation of actions 4 and 10 of the obesity plan, which comply with the specifications and requirements of Article L. 6312-4 and Article L. 6312-5 of the Public Health Code (transport by ambulance or VSL) The carrier undertakes to strictly comply with the health regulations in force (Articles R. 6312-6 et seq. - and the decree of 12.12.2017 (NOR: SSAH1732083A).
