Description
The Argonay platform should be operational in June 2020. The daily volume to be sorted will be about 15,000 objects and the rate required to process these objects will be at least 6,500 objects per hour. The platform will handle packages with 2 distinct levels of preparation (used simultaneously), preparation for dispersion (sorting of packages typically by postal codes) and preparation for distribution (sorting of packages for each factor/deliverer making the last few kilometres) The contract concerns the provision of a solution for sorting automated packages, telescopic conveyors, bulk feeding, and their spare parts. The market includes preventive and curative maintenance services including the hotline, training, etc. The sorting solution will be supplied by 4 docks equipped with telescopic conveyors and must allow a minimum operational rate of 6,500 objects per hour. The sorting solution will propose in terms of outputs a combination of the 2 options described below:1) Traditional outputs allowing the objects to fall into CP660 type trolleys (rolling container of one cubic meter);2) Removable gravity accumulation outputs bringing all the objects as close as possible to the operator. The daily volume to be sorted will be approximately 25,000/30,000 objects and the rate required to process these objects will be at least 6,500 objects per hour. The market includes preventive and curative maintenance services, the hotline, training.4 / 8 The sorting solution will be supplied by 5 to 6 platforms equipped with telescopic conveyors and will have to allow a minimum operational rate of 6,500 objects per hour. The sorting solution will propose in terms of outputs one or a combination of the 4 options described below:1) Traditional exits allowing objects to fall into CP660 type trolleys (1 cubic metre rolling container);2) Gravity accumulation exits bringing all objects as close as possible to the deliverer's vehicle;3) Gravity accumulation exits allowing additional pre-sorting (typically 4 sublots) while bringing the objects as close as possible to the deliverer's vehicle;4) Exits allowing sequenced delivery and bringing the sorted objects as close as possible to the deliverer's vehicle.
