Description

This is part of a 400MW collaboration project between the government and Masdar to build 200MW solar parks in Armenia.

Masdar is a leading renewable energy company. It entered into an agreement with Armenian National Interests Fund (ANIF), a state-owned company in Armenia in December 2019.

The project is now looking for requests for proposals to design, finance, construct, provide ownership and operate the photovoltaic park.

If successful, this would done through a special project vehicle, with 85% owned by you and the remaining 15% held by ANIF.

It should be operational by the last quarter of 2023. The output will be sold to the Electric Networks of Armenia CJSC under a 20-year power purchase agreement.

Further information is available on request.
