Delivery and installation of photovoltaic installations within the project "Renewable energy sources in the municipality of Lubochnia (stage II)" which includes in particular: 1) delivery and installation based on the possessed technical documentation of 37 photovoltaic installations, including- 14 on-grid photovoltaic kits from 3,0 kW to 7,2 kW installed on roofs or facades of residential buildings,- 19 on-grid photovoltaic kits from 3,0 kW to 9,9 kW, 4 sets of photovoltaic installations of power from 3.0 kW to 7.2 kW operating in the open system (on-grid), installed on the ground,2) delivery and installation of inverters and other devices,3) delivery and installation of complete wiring,4) supply and installation of overvoltage protections,5) supply of cables to the place of the existing building's fuse board and adapted to connect the new circuit,6) tests, installation adjustment,7) technological start-up of the installation,8) training of users on the principles of proper operation of the photovoltaic installations together with development of detailed operating instructions and their handing over to the users,9) execution of the monitoring system10) connection of the installation to the power grid together with notification of connection of the microinstallation to the distribution network of PGE Dystrybucja S.A., Branch in Łódź, Energetic District Tomaszów Maz. on behalf of the user on the basis of guidelines available on the plant's website, as well as providing the Ordering Party with a list of installations reported to PGE confirmed by no comments from PGE;11) A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is included in Annex 8 to the ToR. Delivery and installation of heat pumps under the project "Renewable energy sources in the municipality of Lubochnia (stage II)", which includes in particular: 1) delivery and installation based on the existing technical documentation of 3 sets of ground heat pumps, including: - 1 set of 11.2 kW,- 2 sets of 14.5 kW,2) drilling for the introduction of the court (not covered by co-financing),3) development of the lower source of ground power for the heat pump,4) connection of the heat pump to the existing installation of central heating, hot water, electrical and water supply systems,5) supply and installation of heat buffers,6) supply and installation of fittings, devices and other components according to the technological scheme,7) control system installation,8) installation tests,9) filling the installation,10) installation start-up,11) training of users on the principles of proper operation of heat pumps, including the development of detailed operating instructions and their handing over to users,12) completion and sealing of defects in pipe crossings, installation of cold and hot water pipes c.13) a detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 9 to the ToR.
