Description
The subject matter of the contract is the supply and installation of photovoltaic installations and biomass boilers, which is implemented as part of the projects Renewable energy for the Municipality of Wojcieszków - Stage 3.2. The scope of work specified for part 1 - Supply and installation of photovoltaic installations:1) supply and installation of 3 photovoltaic installations with a power of min. 3.40 kW in the indicated locations, mounted on the roof;2) supply and installation of 35 photovoltaic installations with a power of min. 4.76 kW in the indicated locations, mounted on the roof;3) supply and installation of 4 photovoltaic installations of min. 4.76 kW in the indicated locations, mounted on the ground;3. Scope of work for part 2 - Supply and installation of biomass boilers:1) supply and installation of 2 biomass boilers with a power of min. 16 kW in the indicated locations;2) supply and installation of 1 biomass boiler of min. 25 kW in the indicated locations;4. The detailed scope of the contract is contained in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ - technical documentation.
Scope of work specified for part 1 of the contract - Supply and installation of photovoltaic systems:1) supply and installation of 3 photovoltaic systems with a power of min. 3.40 kW in the indicated locations, mounted on the roof;2) supply and installation of 35 photovoltaic installations with a power of min. 4.76 kW in the indicated locations, mounted on the roof;3) supply and installation of 4 photovoltaic installations of min. 4.76 kW in the indicated locations, mounted on the ground;4) Construction of an installation of monocrystalline photovoltaic modules with a power of min. 380 Wp;5) Installation of photovoltaic module support structures;6) Supply and installation of photovoltaic modules on the support structure;7) Supply and installation of cabling;8) Construction of the main installation to connect the inverter to the main switchboard of the building;9) Supply and installation of the RDC circuit switchboard;10) supply and installation of the inverter;11) installation of RAC circuit switchgear;12) excavation of soil to the required depth in case the photovoltaic panels will be located outside the building where the main switchgear will be;13) implementation of electric shock protection,14) implementation of surge protection,15) testing, measurements, adjustment and technological start-up of the installation,16) preparation of abbreviated as-built documentation for each participant in the project and full as-built documentation for the Ordering Party (certificates, warranties, operating manuals, detailed designs, a set of electrical measurements, a set of documents for changing the meter, documentation received from the Ordering Party with corrections in red),17) preparation of a set of documents for reporting the installation to PGE Dystrybucja S.A.,18) training of Users in the proper operation of the completed installations,19) preparation of service manuals containing the necessary information on how to proceed in the event of unexpected errors in the installation,20) programming and commissioning of the installation and making appropriate adjustments,21) configuration of all inverters, connection to the user's Internet network and integration into a single system to monitor energy production, environmental benefits and control the operation of photovoltaic installations from the system level,22) completion of any defects in walls, ceilings, sealing of roofing after the passage of cables,23) other elements included in Appendix no. 1.1 and 1.2 to SWZ (technical documentation) and the model contract attached to SWZ.2.. The detailed scope of the contract is contained in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ - technical documentation, consisting of the following studies:1) Appendix No. 1.1 to the SWZ - Technical design for the construction of a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 3.40 kWp;2) Appendix No. 1.2 to the SWZ - Technical design for the construction of a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 4.76 kWp;3. Additional conditions for the execution of works covered by the contract:1) The Employer requires that the execution of the installation, in all parts, within one location will not take more than 3 consecutive working days.2) Throughout the warranty period, the Contractor is obliged to perform all maintenance activities required by the suppliers of the installed equipment (services, inspections, etc.) in order to maintain the manufacturer's warranty.3) The exclusion of obligations under the quality warranty shall not include the Contractor's release from warranty in the case of defects caused by: power outages, snow load, inability in the reception of heat, hailstorms, low temperatures, etc.4) Equipment, fittings and fixtures installed during the execution of the contract must be brand new, not older than 2023, in accordance with the parameters specified in the technical documentation.5) The Ordering Party shall not be liable for damage caused by the contractor during the execution of the contract. Scope of work for part 2 of the contract - Supply and installation of biomass boilers:1) supply and installation of 2 biomass boilers of min. 16 kW in the indicated locations;2) supply and installation of 1 biomass boiler of min. 25 kW in the indicated locations;3) dismantling of the old boiler and installation elements to be replaced (handing over to the owner);4) installation of the boiler, fittings and equipment, thermal insulation of pipelines in accordance with the technical documentation, applicable legal, construction and technical conditions;5) installation of the control system;6) installation of a flue with a cleanout and connection of the boiler to the existing flue of the chimney;7) connection of the boiler to the existing installation of central heating, DHW, hot water. within the room where the boiler is installed to the extent necessary for the proper functioning of the installation in automatic mode in accordance with the technical documentation;8) performing flushing, pressure tests of the installation, filling, venting and starting the installation;9) providing instructions and training the User in the proper and safe operation of the installation and its maintenance;10) completion, sealing of cavities after the passage of pipes;11) commissioning and participation in the technical acceptance of the installation;12) programming and commissioning of the automation system, including connection of the communication modem to the controller and fixing to the wall;13) before the installation of the boiler, it is advisable to determine the conditions of installation in the indicated location min. in terms of the location of the pelt tank and other important parameters of the installation;14) providing the Ordering Party with as-built documentation - a protocol of acceptance of the boiler room, training and transfer of documentation confirmed by the User;15) other elements included in Appendix No. 1.4 and 1.5 to the SWZ (technical documentation) and the model agreement attached to the SWZ;2. The detailed scope of the contract is contained in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ - technical documentation, consisting of the following studies:1) Appendix No. 1.3 to the SWZ - Construction and execution design of the heat source replacement for a central heating boiler + DHW using biomass - set of 4.8 - 16 kW;2) Appendix No. 1.4 to SWZ - Construction and executive design for replacement of heat source for central heating boiler + C.W.U. using biomass - set of 7,5 - 25 kW;3. Additional conditions for the execution of works covered by the contract:1) The Employer requires that the execution of the installation, in all parts, within one location will not take more than 3 consecutive working days.2.) Throughout the warranty period, the Contractor is obliged to perform all maintenance activities required by suppliers of installed equipment (servicing, inspections, etc.) in order to maintain the manufacturer's warranty.3) The exclusion of obligations under the quality warranty shall not include the Contractor's exemption from the warranty in the event of defects caused by: power outages, snow load, inability in the reception of heat, hail, low temperatures, etc.4) Equipment, fittings and fixtures installed during the execution of the order must be brand new, not older than 2023, in accordance with the parameters specified in the technical documentation.5) The execution of the subject matter of the order should be carried out on the basis of the applicable regulations, in particular the Act of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 682, as amended), together with implementing regulations, by a Contractor who has the appropriate experience, execution potential, and who has people with the appropriate experience and qualifications.6) The materials used by the Contractor should meet, in terms of quality, the requirements of products permitted for circulation and use in construction, as specified in Article 10 of the Act of July 7, 1994 Construction Law.
